It works.

My personal system involves asking if I have a bacterial or viral pathogen. Then I ask that it be neutralized. Sometimes it is hard to move forward with progress using concepts like stop, block, or kill. I am also moving towards the term "transmute" as a way to "use" things we are not happy with.

I've seen you mention guide communication in other threads. If you don't mind, I'm curious to know what your process is for sending/receiving information from any guiding-type entities. I'm sure it's something that takes practice but I've found that any time I try to disseminate clear information from an outside source during meditation I'm unsure as to whether it's simply me answering my own question or if its an actual answer.
