Unbelievable moonbases and wrong science

My main point being that what may seem at first glance to be 'wrong' science might actually be cutting-edge science that's just not yet recognized by the mainstream.

Along those lines, I think it's interesting how the quotes from Khrushchev and William Cohen that I posted earlier echo Ra quotes.

However, the peoples of your culture have little propensity for bloodless surrender.
