New experience over the weekend.
I shifted my perception. Tried to see the other shoppers as "me".
Each time there was eye contact I peered as if I was looking at my reflection in a mirror. Imagining that I was looking at the eyes through a mask, like a halloween mask.
What happened was this "high" feeling that kept growing. After a couple minutes it felt like I was peaking on lsd or something. I pulled out of it quickly since I was in the middle of shopping. But man, I haven't been able to shift perception like that since my lsd days over 20 years ago.
Anybody tried this?
