Careful with that! Aha My Mom is a witch and she always tells me to watch where I'm pointing, since it is an incredibly direct way of channeling energy.

This is an absolutely conscious, regular phenomenon and form of internal energy manipulation, however it is indeed true that your beliefs have an influence on your capacities. Keep in mind, your higher self will not allow you to do more than you are capable of, as a safeguard.
