Or at least of third density becoming a potentiated density, today (even last day) still activated. That is what I understand. Then, it is (theoretically) what Ra refers as harvest time. Or the beginning of this phenomenon.

ra had had said that full transition to a 4th density SOCIETY, would take 100 to 700 years, due to fickleness of its people. there isnt congruency in between the two.
