You are very welcome ocean50 and IMO Jay Z, Kanye, N.E.R.D. (Noone Ever Reall Dies) aka Pharell Williams, Dr. Dre, Eminem (his latest album I like the rest I never liked), Lauren Hill, Erykah Badu, Common(possibly a Lighworker, of course one of my favorite songs even before I was 'awake' was/is "The Light" by Common), Talib Kweli, Mos Def, etc. are ALL Wanderers of some sort.
IMO.......Lupe IS a Wanderer or Lightworker of some sort w/ out a doubt and one of the first to penetrate the mainstream music industry w/ GOOD music. Which reminds me of Kanye West's album label's name................G.O.O.D. which stands for Getting Out Our Dreams.
I'll tell ya since reading Hidden Hand's questionaire, LOO and other readings it's like I'm hearing every song for the first time again.
IMO.........some ULTRA talented musicians coming up are Chiddy Bang, Charles Hamilton, & Hoodie Allen(although Hoodie is still a ways from coming up), Joell Ortiz (who for nearly two years plus I've been waiting for), Kid Cudi (who is already well known but yet another artist who I knew was destined for success)
There is one rapper who I am convinced is not of this world like us and it is Lil' Wayne and I never have really liked any of his stuff but do respect him.
You see I've always had this knack and passion for good music. I even like some country music (in fact, one of my favorite concerts of ALL time was seeing George Strait TWICE!) to any type of music as long as it resonates w/ me. For some reason I've always paid extremely close attention to the lyrics and never knew exactly why? But people would always ask me how I know so much about music. Example....long before Kanye's first cd ever came out I told all my friends and whoever how he was the next Mega-star. In fact, I can remember a specific conversation w/ a friend named Mike where I told him someday Kanye would be 10 times bigger than Dr. Dre ever was or will be. How the hell did I know it? Man I don't know but there's countless examples like this and about the only one I didn't think would was a rapper now called Pit Bull. I was wrong about him.
Another musician who IMO will be as big or BIGGER than Michael Jackson is.................Bruno Mars. I can feel it like I've felt the rest and sometimes I wonder if he isn't the reincarnation of MJ or a sit-in. IMO, Bruno Mars is as talented as it gets musically. IMO, he is also going to be the Elton John/Elvis of our lifetime and he just getting warmed up for Post 2012
Obviously, I am a music nerd and would love any discussion on this topic.
Oh, and check out Jay Z's song which Kanye produced called "Lucifer" where supposedly Jay Z has never even read the Bible. Coupled with the fact that Jay Z is said to be an artist who hears a beat/track and goes off the top of the head/freestyle anytime/anywhere. All of his cd's are even him freestyling or shall I say channeling

Lucifer, dawn of de morning! I'm gonna, chase you out of Earth
Lucifer Lucifer, dawn of de morning...
(I'm from the murder capital, where we murder for capital)
Lucifer Lucifer, dawn of de morning! I'm gonna, chase you out of Earth
(Kanyeeze you did it again, you a genius nigga!)
Lucifer Lucifer, dawn of de morning...
So you niggas change your attitude
For they askin what happened to you
[Verse One]
Lord forgive him
He got them dark forces in him
But he also got a rightous cause for sinnin
Them a murder me so i gotta murder them first
Emergency doctors performin procedures
Jesus
I ain't tryin to be facetious
But "Vengance is mine" said the Lord
You said it better than all
Leave niggas on deaths door
Breathin off res-por-rators
for killin my best boy, HATERS
On perminate hiatus as i skate
In the Maybach Benz
Flya the Sanna Lathan
Pumpin "Brown Sugar" by D'Angelo
In Los Angeles
Like an evangelist
I can introduce you to your maker
Bring you closer to nature
Ashes after they cremate you bastards
Hope you been readin your psalms and chapters
Payin your ties being good Catholics
I'm commin
[Chorus:]
Lucifer Lucifer, dawn of de morning...
So you niggas change your attitude
For they askin what happened to you
[Verse Two]
Yes
This is Holly war
I wet cha all with the Holly water
Spray from the Hetckler Koch auto
Matic all the static shall cease to exist
Like a sematical i throw a couple at you
Take six
Spread love to all of my dead thugs
I'll pour out a little Louie til i head above
Yes Sir
And when i perish
The meek shall inherit the earth
Until that time it's on a poppin Church
Like Don Bishop
The fifth upon cock either
Lift up your soul or give the Holly ghost please
I leave ya in somebodys Catedrial
And stuntin like Evil Kenevil
I'll let you see where that bright light lead you
The more you talk the more you irkin us
The more you gonna need memorial services
The Black Albums second verse is like
Devil's Pie please save some dessert for us
Man i gotta get my soul right
I gotta get these Devils out my life
These cowards gonna make a nigga ride
They won't be happy til somebody dies
Man i gotta get my soul right
'For i'm locked up for my whole life
Evertime it seems it's all right
Somebody want they soul to rise
(I'll chase you off of this Earth)
[Verse Three]
I got dreams of holdin a Nine milla
To Bobs killa
Askin him "why?" as my eyes fill up
These days i can't wake up with a dry pillow
Gone but not forgotten holmes i still feel ya
SO...Curse the day that birthed the bastard
Who caused your Church mass
Reverse the crash
Reverse the blast
And reverse the car
Reverse the day, and there you are
Bob Allah
Lord forgive him we all have sined
But Bobs a good dude please let him in
And if you feel in my heart that i long for revenge
Please blame it on the sun of the mournin
Thanks Again
Anyone wonder who Jay Z is talking about when he is talking about Bob Allah? IMO.......I've always had this 'feeling' he was talking about Bob Marley. I do know he isn't talking about his nephew Colleek or his pops. Sounds far fetched but who knows? I do believe that Bob Marley knew MUCH more about the Law of One than maybe even he knew......as Bob used to say, ONE LOVE!
