Though the info is quite clearly Sirian, and if my understanding is correct they are basically saying we need to evolve into whales?? :\ - or something like it. There is a part somewhere where they say our ice caps will all melt (the also say the earth is going to ascend into becoming a star) and our new "light-bodies" will be equipped to handle that. They also mention that as you ascend your physical body appears distended as a result of growing extra organs. I don't think my "ego" can handle the thought of this happening still, and that might be one way to ascend but if that is the Sirian way, then there would be other ways as well. I'm not ready to start asking for this in meditation yet, I'm still looking at other info.
