no, he was a 4d entity at the end of 4d, somewhere else. he came to this planet as a wanderer.

That's what I said, he was a 4D entity that could have graduated to 5D but instead decided to come to 3D Earth.

this is rather a stretch. a mention regarding his harvestability wasnt made. was told that he was in the highest octave of 4d. it is questionable that he could be harvested.

it is highly possible that his incarnation on earth had to do with his harvestability.
