You are correct in your arguments, but you don't have any opposition. If Spectrum had big arguments against what you are saying, she would post them. Sometimes people just don't want to fight, and they just let things go. Not everything needs to be reconciled with fact and truth; some things are interpretive - especially semantical points that don't matter in the grand scheme of things.
