Thanks for your concern but I do not think it was a Seizure and the rainbow color was not really a spectrum of color more like a bubble and on the edges there were all the colors but also the colors would flow across the bubble like transparency like the rainbow colors seen on an actuall bubble. And I think that the rocking of the chair was due to the force of the wave of energy hitting me and causing me to tilt forward. And When it happened I could feel myself in the chair but it also felt like I was being pulled along with the wave which is how I could see what hit me. So I would lean more towards an actuall wave of energy then a seizure. And once again thank you for your concern.

Also can anyone tell me how to do what is commonly called telekinesis because I have tried and nothing will happen and I don't know if there is a certain technique or what. And the biggest problem is I do believe that it is possible to psychically move objects but every time I try and nothing happens I get a little more discouraged each time and I just really want do this so please can someone help me in this area.
