Metaphysical democracy?

Is there democratic metaphysical government ruling the material illusion behind the scenes?

I confess that I do not under the question completely, td23. But the following quote may show that there indeed could be a democratic sort of set-up in terms of managing our system metaphysically, including our planet on broad first principles. I of course do not personally know or understand as to whether that also includes PMs of governments on earth. This is very nuanced area, in my opinion.
