You can try Carla & co's tecnique, but you can also amplify it if you want. This is my small contribution: both you and your girlfriend need to be in harmonious state, light nine candles in a circle. If you wish you can also have some harmonious music on a low level to create a really cozy and harmonious atmosphere. Enter the circle and sit down. Relax, both of you, and hold each other hands if you wish. Before you start working maybe meditation to still your mind might be in use. Just sit quietly til you feel harmony surrounding you. Then you start sending love and light to each other and the entity in question. Be grateful and send It gratitude for Its loyal service and efforts in trying to teach you, as It deserves it. Recognize It's sacrifice and efforts for making you grow and "helping" you. Don't focus on trying to chase It away by bathe It in love and light, but feel how you genuinely love this higher density Being, or whatever you want to call It.

But brother, I don't think that you are alone. We exist for billions of years in this perticular octave. Don't you think that we all at some point haven't abused the power/knowledge? If it is an obstacle for you though that you cannot proceed further on your path, ask your Higher Self to give you tools/knowledge of how to proceed and work with this problem, what are your lessons to be learned from this etc?
