If the PTB wanted to shut down that site, it would be trivial. They could pretty much do it at will. Depending on the way the technology is setup they could even possibly reach the backups. 
Obviously, this isn't proof. We won't know till we know. I'm just saying - a single small website like DC has no technology-based defence against the CIA/NSA.
Are they taking it down to coincide with the recent earthquake, ensuring control of the public message? Maybe. We all know that David Wilcock supports Benjamin Fulford, and Fulford obviously believes this was due to HAARP. If the HAARP message is true and gains traction, that could be a really big deal.
