Thank you! I used to visualise my goals 2-3 times a week (gratitude as if it's happening right now), and then let go and get on with whatever was holding my attention with the most positive intention I could muster. We're human (at the moment!), so we're prone to dips. The trick is to not batter yourself for doing so. Rather, laugh and appreciate your humanness, and move on.
