rolling your eyes and blinking them and moving your fingers and toes and everything you can helps with sleep paralysis. i wonder what causes it, it only happened mildly to me once and there was no entity. i also didn't hear any sound.
the state where you hallucinate after a dream is called hypnopompic state. i read about the buzzing sound and got all this stuff about the HU sound and people hearing it in different altered states, or OBE/NDE states or kundalini. basically all i read about it was positive, but my "bee" wasn't unpleasant to me and i wasn't paralyzed, i was just freaked there was a bee in my room lol. i guess everyone experiences it differently. if you google HU sound and buzzing you should get interesting stuff. or just google buzzing tone and spiritual or some other keywords.
i always consult google when stuff happens.
