In the sky at the center of the spiral, 3-D boxes popped out of thin air. Each a different color representing a different tone I was hearing. The yellow box I heard “Faaaa” the green box, a females voice I heard “Meeee”. The blue box a different tone and so on.

Each chakra has a specific mantra sound according Tantric texts.

Chakra One: Seed sound Lahm, vowel sound Ohh (as in road)
Chakra Two: Seed sound Vahm, vowel sound Ooo (as in rule)
Chakra Three: Seed sound Rahm, vowel sound Ahh (as in father)
Chakra Four: Seed sound Yahm, vowel sound Ayy (as in play)
Chakra Five: Seed sound Hahm, vowel sound Eee (as in sleep)
Chakra Six: Seed sound Ohm, resonant with Mmm
Chakra Seven: No seed sound, resonant with Nngg (as in sing)

The seed sounds are believed to access the chakras. The vowel sounds resonate with the body itself.

Hello Quincunx, thank you! I will have to try this. Reading the Ra material I have a better picture of sounds, colors and chakras, and how they are all connected. I am familiar with Tibet sound bowls used for chakras, but am interested how to incorporate the sound mantras into meditation.
