Are we mind?

I saw a Jesus channeling that said we are mind not a body. And that we are in a dream.

Does any of the Ra Material corroborate this?

We have one more from P who would like to know, “When does the seed of thought begin?”


We are those of Q’uo, and would like to say that this shall be the final query of this session. We thank the one known as P for this question, it is an interesting one.
The seed of any thought is thought itself. The Logos is the original Thought. All thoughts spring form the Logos. Unconditional love is the essence of the Logos. Therefore the seed of every thought is love.

Based on this important clarification I have created an oversimplified concept of the creation:

There is a tri-layer creation structure:                                                 Infinite Intelligence (Creator)              -          Logos                 -                 Creation
Entities are composed of three ingredients one from each layer:                Consciousness                           -           Love                  -                   Light
Entities interfaces with each layer of the creation structure:                               Spirit                                  -            Mind                  -                  Body
Self has three aspects in each octave:                                              mind/body/spirit Complex Totality       -        Higher Self             -       mind/body/spirit complex
