Balance betwen feminin and masculin

I think I know what you mean by the shiver. I never thought about it in relation to masculine and feminine though. I get a shiver from my scalp down my spine usually as a confirmation or a sign that there is some kind of spiritual energy present. Perhaps those are cases where there is balance between heart and mind.

I usually have a "buzz" or like a vibration of sorts that at the top of my head and travels down. It's like no other sensation I've ever felt in my life so don't really have words to describe it. Sorry, a bit off topic.
