Hmm... There is a different between what I have in mind with heart-based actions and the practical methods that the HeartMath Institute teaches. At least the ones I have learned about so far.
The difference is that in the HeartMath practices they still start from the thinking mind who remains the control center. My heart-based action method starts from the heart, before the thinking mind has had time to react. Blessed are those poor in spirit, for they will lift the veil. Meaning that if spirit represents the perspective of consciousness it needs to be emptied out, "poor", a clear mind.
