Of course, in higher densities physical reality is much more advanced. For example the Great Pyramid at Giza was according to Ra zapped into existence using thought! The pyramid is made of everlasting rock. So even Ra puts importance to physical reality. There was also a question in the Law of One about how having the faith of a mustard seed will make us able to make a mountain jump into the sea, literally! And Ra said that yes, that's doable. However it requires an advanced coordination of minds in order to achieve monumental things like that.
I think the difference is the same like realizing a house only in your thoughts or building it material and go in it.
This would answer the question why this physical illusion is so interesting for entities that exist immaterial.
When i remember correct, Ra has described two different ways of "building" things.
The Pyramid of Giza was build by manifestation.
Other buildings where built with "solicit" stone / first density to move and alter it's form.
