What body shape do we have in higher dimensions?

That's in the material. In fourth density the body shape proceed the heritages of second density. In fifth density the body shape is totally under the control of thought, so any shape can be taken.

About emotions, basing myself on LOO it seems to me that besides love, the only emotion that exists in higher densities is sadness for the suffering of third density.

In my view Ra was talking more about "race" than body shape. I have noticed that third density entities are able to alter traces of their physical form through audios or exercises that access portions of the unconscious mind. This ability has been called biokinesis and probably has something to do with Ra said here:

RA I am Ra. Prior to the great experiment a mind/body/spirit was capable of controlling the pressure of blood in the vein, the beating of the organ you call the heart, the intensity of the sensation known to you as pain, and all the functions now understood to be involuntary or unconscious.

That is, the veil separates the conscious mind from the unconscious mind. Through access to the unconscious mind we can control biological processes that are now involuntary. That must be the root of biokinesis.
