If there is a perceived need, the visualizations, of course can help if only by possibly providing opportunity for a way towards healing.
For the past 10 years or so, we've constantly been hearing about the incipient 'harvest' and the hyper-intuitive finger pointing at anything that may be construed as indicative of it. I honestly don't see how it helps anyone to frame things in that manner. We don't have to make stuff up in order to make it 'real' or 'important' to us.
However, there are also enumerable people that would claim that if it weren't for their hobby of 'working with the light', the planet would be utterly destroyed by now. As if, contrasted with their purity, the imbalances (due to other's free will choices) can be readily seen and repaired.
Disproportionate inflation of importance or needless distractions have been created by those mischaracterizing circumstances and events and over-extending their roles so to speak. It seems that when the only tool you have invested in is a hammer, everything in the world becomes a nail.
