Comparing Ra and the Cassiopaeans

Is there a moment where 7D steps  out of creation ?  Probably impossible to define through words of 3D language, as Ra said a few times.

Perhaps it instead works to think of stepping into unity, or 7D, as stepping out of the duality of there being a separate creation to relate to. But this doesn't say anything about what would be experienced. And after that, it's all unknown and most questions seem not to work.
