What does "The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions" mean?

It's not the intent alone. Karma requires the action, BUT the karma resulting from an action is supremely affected by the intent behind the action.

Karma is not a stupid calculation only based on actions. It is an exquisitely precise calculation where your intent has a very heavy weight.

Of course, intent/polarity is the potential, action/karma is the kinetic. Everything is a push-pull recursive system of potential vs kinetic.

Karma (kinetic energy) then later informs polarity as it creates new potential energy.

Although I don't see it as a calculation, but rather an organic balancing mechanism. But that's just semantics I guess.
