Only if you limit your referentials to the world's atmosphere, without realizing that what is out is also in. If you expand your metrics to, let's say, our Solar System Logos, then the scales increase and there is abundance from above as much as there is abundance from below.
Even then, if you limit your referential only to the planet you're in, you are composed of many smaller forms in your body: you're like a planet, and you consume from the abundance of the planet.
