Cmon, if it was this easy no one would ever have anything bad happen to them.

Can't argue hey.. The ability of a 4th (and especially a 5th) density entity to command such energies is much amplified. I wouldn't want to go 'toe-to-toe' with an Orion light being.

But i get the spirit of what BlatzAdict said, i think it would have to do with the amplification of positive feelings in the mind, and an increase in the energies and inspiration coming from the spirit complex. Possibly also increasing fidelity of the channel between and the spirit complex and the mind/body complex.

The other point is the benefit/weakness of 3rd density incarnation: general unawareness, or highly selective awareness. The aim being to distort this toward being a strength for you.
You can us this to your advantage by forming and maintaining a positive focus. This is especially effective since we're talking about doubt and psychic greeting. This focus could be whatever engenders faith and fastidiousness in a person.

Rather, if all are one, view all thought as self and simply let those thoughts fall away.

And this approach would amplify the general 'technique'.
