I just wanted to share the results of my progress...
finding i have open up yellow and orange ray..
because my red blue and indigo rays are quite open

working on self respect and respecting others at the moment
still very difficult for me. but making progress

Would you mind saying what you did to open up your red, orange and yellow rays? I've actually been waiting for the right thread from you to ask this question. :exclamation:
