Without knowing you and the long biography that led you to this moment, I think there are some things generally safe enough to say. My reply would springboard from Diana's regarding the hierarchical arrangement of needs. However illusory duality and multiplicity may be, you are still constructed in an hierarchical fashion, and the upward spiraling light (i.e., "the energies of life itself") moves through you thusly.
While I doubt that the tool you used to produce that chakra read-out is going to be very accurate, I recognize that its value may be less in its accuracy and more in whatever it evokes in you, a la the Rorschach Test. Whatever that is, from an outsider's point of view I think that it can be drawn upon for at least one point of insight: a lack of care to more fundamental needs.
In A Wanderer's Handbook, Carla speaks about wanderers or spiritual seekers who essentially want to do the higher work without having tended to the lower. ("higher" vs "lower" not to convey value, only geography or location. The self is one, of course.)
Like Diana said, that more fundamental need may be survival-related, in which case you're going to have a difficult time working in the higher chakras, and may even contribute to further imbalance in your overall system.
But you ask regarding the unfucking of those lower centers. Well, what is the content of those lower centers? In addition to survival, there is:
- how one relates to, knows, and accepts their own self. What is your relationship with your self? How judgmental, controlling, repressive, etc. are you with yourself? How patient, kind, compassion, and forgiving are you with yourself? How compulsive and addictive are your actions?
- how one is in relationship with an other or others. Same questions re your relationship with others. Add to that, who are you around others? Are you authentic? Are you at peace with yourself? Are confident in who you are? Have you understood and situated your personal power in a healthy way?
- the wounds and traumas of the past. How are your relationship with your parents, even if only internally? How much of the past haunts and troubles you vs. how much have you healed, forgiven, and made peace with?
Etc. etc. It is a massively complex and confusing world, one where, as Ra said, we work with a "tiny candle in the darkness." But the light is identified over and over again, and it is located by honing in on the qualities of love, forgiveness, acceptance, compassion, understanding, patience, and the light touch.
Carla described that our primary mission in life was to heal the incarnation. That, too, is your job, Taliesian.
Toward that end, professional therapy can be very helpful, as can other modalities that seek the service of people trained in helping others to unlock their healing capacity and enter the mercy of their own hearts.
Blessings to you.
And ps: One strong statement about what it means to completely unfuck the yellow ray:

And ps: One strong statement about what it means to completely unfuck the yellow ray:
Quote:102.11 Ra: I am Ra. Each entity must, in order to completely unblock yellow ray, love all which are in relationship to it, with hope only of the other-selves’ joy, peace, and comfort.
Explanation by the tongue makes most things clear, but love unexplained is clearer. - Rumi
