Absolutely. Since you had the courage to expose a blockage of yours, I'll expose a blockage of mine: guilt. It works in a similar way to shame, as it weighs on a given individual and usually restricts the flow, or Glow.

On that guilt issue. i have resolved that within, and even the equivalent we place upon others(resentment?) It’s truely one of the few things this self has a real nack for so if you are ever struggling feel free to see if I can help.

That’s not self deprecation I’m certain this life plan included mostly mediocrity to keep the ego from pride. So I have a nack for only a few things and that’s one luckily.
