From what I've understood of the OP, this seems like a dissociation of some sort: the physical effect is but the consequence of a spiritual cause.

I feel like that word sort of has lost meaning to me as I can never really tell which way it is being used.

Some use it to mean it as a clinical term, a coping mechanism from trauma where you "disassociate from reality" obviously not a happy time

Other times and including in the Ra material it's a good thing and part of becoming transparent to infinity.

I would say it may have been the start of building blocks to the later, since the new information I have been given which link it to an experience with more dramatic results.

It probably is vital that word was brought up though as when I have had the linked experiences where Ii was out of my body and another(soul) spoke through me I had shame telling people about them as I knew it would be regarded as disassociation in a negative way.

Embarrassment/shame is a very strong blockage so it most likely was why I was supposed to broach this publicly. Face the shadow, heal the block.
