Connection is already there, that's why you can communicate with them and they can communicate with you, even without the help of any spoken language or in need of google translator. You can sense them and they can sense you.

Exactly, your higher self is essentially the fraction of the future unified/evolved creator (or logos) that represents your individual spiritual journey. Anyone that shapes that journey is tangential and part of your higher self. To your higher self, those interactions are as necessary as they need to be, because the HS is the result of those (there's some paradoxical elements tho that I believe enables refinements or perhaps karmic balancing or timeline shaping when you interact with the HS....hard to explain while in a normal frame of mind, and probably not quite exact either lol).

What I recommend to be avoided is making an 'agreement' with the negs.
And 'submission' to them is among the worst form of 'agreement', at least from my perspective.
