That being said, I believe there may be inherent dangers in even just meditating, depending on what you are doing within these sessions (disclosure: I ceased my meditations months ago) A little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing, and with that in mind, take anything I say with discernment please lol.

I find that getting out of bed in the morning can likewise lead to danger; even so, I continue the practice.  Generally speaking, I would recommend this to others as well.  But why?

I might suggest that doing so allows one the opportunity to become more firmly grounded in that which one intends to pursue during this exceedingly brief incarnational opportunity.
