Alternatively, you can attempt to go in to lucid dreaming intentionally and consciously to start to rebuild that bridge.
That's good to know. I think I'll try both methods, I need to cut down on the bud anyway. Any progress or interesting things, I will probably share on the general dream thread, and maybe share some more dreams from my past on this one as they come up.
