Q'uo did mention contact with other world leaders, such as those in China. I don't believe it would be a stretch that the leaders or senior officials of Israel have also been contacted. Most countries seem to have leaders that are lost in space (pun intended) when it comes to serving their own people. They seem to exist solely for the purpose of the material plane, so I can imagine the spiritual dimensions trying to open their minds without infringing on their free will.
