Former Israeli space security chief says aliens exist, humanity not ready

I don't know whether this is true or not, however, I think that if/when 'aliens' do make contact, it wouldn't be with governments, but rather random individuals, whom perhaps have agreed pre-incarnatively to such a contact and/or are in the proper spiritual and mental configuration at the particular time of contact.
