Hey that was a quick answer and a lot of quotes. thank you. that must have been a lot of effort. i know how hard it is to find quotes. I didn't know that in the process of removing distortions one can polarize negatively. I thought the more distortions are removed the more love is able to enter. it seems the path to spiritual growth is very similar in both polarities.

And you would not polarize negatively, it says the seeming polarization in the negative while in fact you polarize positively by doing that.  To others it might look like selfishness to some extent.  But actual negative polarization needs to be done at the expanse of others.
