Im very novice to meditation but I believe in power of praying and laws. Aint just manifesting and praying help to opening up the chakras work? Funny that I havent done that yet myself, lol.
As I have a very active family and three kids so I usually meditate either when going to sleep and/or morning hours. Using air plugs helps a lot of cutting off outside distractions also listening noises or some other meditative sounds/music helps a lot.
I have also noticed that light diet or for some period of cutting off all animal foods, alcohol and dairy products helps lift up awareness a lot in my case.
I havent searched yet is there anything said about diet? I feel so sorry about eating animals today and Im trying to find a balanced diet without animal flesh.
My meditation experiences have been mostly short unknown faces and sound flashes. If not included lucid dreaming experiences.
