How do you know that you are a wanderer?

I am one, but I don't like to boast or presume about which density I'm from exactly.

I plan to graduate, but there may be one more life in 3D I need to take.

How do you come to a realisation that there may be one more life you need to take in 3D?
I feel like I have nothing to do here any more after this present life ends.
But I really love nature and animals here, I often wish I was some kind of a Guardian of the 2nd density haha.
