Harvesting is probably a widespread event, which I suppose is ongoing. I suppose it started around 2011/2012.
It's a phenomenon of time / space and I suppose that the entities that are disincarnating now are moving towards the steps of light in order to measure their vibrations.
There is no direct link between the possible changes on Earth and the Harvest itself, since these changes are due to the karma accumulated by humanity. Thus, it's likely that the reduction of humanity will occur in waves, through wars, diseases and natural disasters. Throughout this transition period, the Harvest will be taking place.
