It is impossible to like everyone. It is not impossible to love everyone. Many people have family members who are examples of loving but not liking.
In general whether we like someone or not has more to do with personalities and shared experiences and beliefs. If we think of each person as having their own unique vibration or tone, then some other tones will produce harmony, and others dissonance.
I imagine the real important part is how you treat those who you dislike, and whether your actions are full of love or not.
Imagine the person you don't like comes to you for advice, how will you respond?
