It's late and I skimmed most of this but I want to chime in. It is easy to blame the opposite gender for romantic difficulties. It is easy to become resentful and to believe stereotypes.

What helps keep things in perspective is knowing that we have all been here before and we have to play both roles to move on. There is no superiority to either role. At the same time the genetic predispositions of our physical vehicles color the experience of all. Denying this truth is just as damaging as exaggerating it.

I will try to catch up completely tomorrow.
