I also cannot really get into Greer, and so cannot discuss his work in detail. I've mostly come across comments on Greer from those who study the activity and possible agendas of 4D STS (whether they name it so, or not). The main criticism of Greer is that his hype is baseless and his dismissal of negative interactions with "aliens" is irresponsible. Some go further and see him as an ambassador for the "dark side".
Especially when it comes to spiritually-charged matters, one possible explanation for strong responses without much of an intellectual reason for them is the "bias, which cannot really be called an understanding" which wanderers can be equipped with as an "armor of light", according to Ra.
