Well, the figure is walking away from that dual-sun, so I am inclined to think it is not the two paths, or else I'd think the figure would be walking towards them. Then it would be a choice. But it is representative of the Great Forgetting. The figure is leaving the sun of the Afterlife, and choosing the darkness of Separation and Earthly Incarnation.
