How do you heal the energy centers?

Thank you for your kind words, this is  very encouraging
I m just trying to give back a little of what generous people gave me over the years!
And I surely have a couple more incarnations to go until one could speak of wisdom

Last week in an Ayahuasca  ceremony, on of the most beloved plant spirits I have the honor to work with showed me, how she goes about healing. It was so fascinating. And I didnt understand it.
She (the plant) laughed the most sweet laughter I ever heard, full of joy and love and gave me the message:
You can see how it works, you can experience how it works, but you will never understand as long as you are a human being.
And this much I know, it was the truth!
So, no wisdom here, just a few experiences

Reminds me what my teacher said about the Fool archetype: None is closer to god, for nobody else has the same luxury of innocence and novelty as a fool.

I then recalled history's greatest fool: Socrates.

"All I know is that I know nothing"

I was told that is an important first step in the right direction hehe.

Ra himself says it is essential to understand that one does not understand.
