It doesnt work like that - in Europe its happening like it happened in China:
- Supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops etc are open.
- You can go to any of them every 1-2 days.
- Only 10 people at a time allowed inside the supermarket. Only 10 minutes.
- Rest wait outside with 1m distance in between them
- Young people buy food for old people and etc
Also they are not entirely filling the shelves - they fill part of it, and then when you take stuff from the shelf, they fill it again immediately. This reduces chance of people taking stuff and putting them back and infecting those who pick it up later.
Basically life goes on. But inside.
