Yes. This is the way I understand not only the quote but understand it to be. If not now, then at some point in your journey. It will not take away the fact the the nature of this reality is that of dualism. If you ARE every thought, you also have capacity to bring into harmony two seemingly opposing forces the example is hate/love. You may have balanced and harmonized both ways of being within you, within your reality. In this instance, this particular polarity has been harmonized. Duality seizes to exist within the imagination or the infinite now and the more we are there the more we are in harmony with all there is. Our mind creates the duality just as I did in this sentence with words such as pronouns; our, my, I, you, them, they, etc. There is no true way around the barrier of language within the 3rd density or the nature of its relaity so therefore the polarities remain "without". When we meditate and become good praticers of meditation we leave this paradoxical world and step into the truth, where we merge with the All. If that makes any sense. Ugh, the written word sometimes...
