Hmm... my guess is this:
When we march to the beat of our own drum, we march to a rhythm. A groove. So when we create, we do so with rhythm. So we manifest in cycles.
Or maybe like you're a producer making music, and at first, you're just doing it unconsciously, but then you become aware of what you're doing the music you're creating and the fact that you are creating it and why, and you start to grasp music theory or at least intuit it, and you start learning how to reprogram the beat, edit it, mix it, change it, remix it, whatever. You are now making the music you wanna make because you are now creating consciously and you understand the music you're making.
