What is called material is also part of the vibrations of this universe. Material is slowed down vibration. Everything comes from the same fabric.

There can not be 'no material' in any point in existence. The phrase probably tries to say that there is no physical 3d material 'somewhere' - where it speaks of. Trying to tell that existence is not only physical.

Dismissing or disrespecting 3d or other red ray entities which are called 'material' in this context is not wise. Everything together constitutes infinity. Red ray entities exist properly as any other entity.
