    hi guys,

I have a question regarding sharing your experiences.

I have been obese basically all my life that i was able to recall - since mid 2008 i worked on reducing this mostly by low carb eating meat and cheese but since my wake up in december 2008 I have been trying to find a more §friendly" way of low carb with salads etc

i sure did loose about a 60 pounds since then - but I would like to loose another 60 though to be "fully normal" - I keep getting below this first thirty pounds to then bounce back up

    and i am seeking ideas.
Normaly I eat a green salad with tomatos and red onions, and salami and mozzarella and feta cheese - you get the picture

it appears my blood pressure has increased since 2008 - which is a riddle to me for I am overly much more in a state of well being and lost that weight too and move much more

I read that salt can be a big factor in blood pressure - and i do eat salt when i eat salami or feta cheese so i seek to replace these in my diet.

I am not sure i am able to move to a full vegetarian diet - but i certainly want to try - but i lack the ideas. I have these youtube videos monica posted of this "eating DVD" - I have not seen the DVD just some interviews of the guy - sounded pretty interesting but he cancels out meat and fish completely.

I do take ratfishoil on a daily basis some drops which is supposed to clean your venes and increase your decalcifying process of your third eye
and i have felt much increase in dream activity

I would like to hear suggestions from you of as little as possible meat and also as little as possible carbs but still kinda tasty and saturatingHuhCool

    thanksHeart
