It sounds like a dark night of the soul.
Mine lasted about two weeks.

See if you can ask your guardian angel (or whatever power you believe in) to help comfort you.

I do that even now. I was really in hell when I went through that, and only love kept me sane.

Also there was a song that went "it's never too late" that kept me going.
